Chunky little fairy penguin, hand-carved out of Red Oak wood. Makes an excellent desk ornament, best friend, or worry stone/fidget (though consistent handling may require refinishing with clear polyurethane).
Check out the crosshatching figuring on this little friend! The wood grain perfectly complements his roundness, and I couldn't be happier with it! This little happy handsome chunk can't wait to be yours!

Pieces are not fragile, but not toys. Rough handling can cause breakage. In which case, I would recommend Titebond III wood glue to reset the broken piece. In addition, excessive handling can lead to rubbing off the clear topcoat layer, in which case a new coat will need to be added. I recommend Minwax clear water-based polyurethane applied with a brush and allowed to dry for 24hrs before handling.
If you are not comfortable with performing these tasks, you may send the piece back to me and I will fix it and send it back to you for a fee of $150.
